The staff and Dr Roberts were all very kind and efficient. I didn't get any before treatment instructions which I thought was strange. I had hugh blue green bruises for almost 6 weeks not even in the injection sites, nothing I tried would hide them because they were so dark! And the amount of money I paid for the 'liquid face lift' I should have just saved to go toward an actual face lift. The DOT evened up my skin tone fairly well. I expected a little better results, but I understand that sometimes more than one treatment can be needed. Worst Botox I have ever had. Visited Dr. Roberts 5 years ago and was severely disappointed. Visited him again about a month ago and nothing has changed. He has no clue about Botox injections. I know, I have had someone who does know a lot and the difference is unreal.. I have permanent lines above each eye from the injections Dr. Roberts gave me. Look elsewhere!
