I’ve never been happier with a procedure and the entire staff of an office. I absolutely love you guys and the girls in the back made me feel so comfortable the anesthesiologist was just a great guy and of course with Michael and Carlo in the front always went the extra mile for me. Well, I came in for a touch up with Radiesse and the Dr. Filled it way too close to my eye socket. There was a huge lump which he dismissed. The staff and Dr Roberts were all very kind and efficient. I didn't get any before treatment instructions which I thought was strange. I had hugh blue green bruises for almost 6 weeks not even in the injection sites, nothing I tried would hide them because they were so dark! And the amount of money I paid for the 'liquid face lift' I should have just saved to go toward an actual face lift. The Voluma is suppose to last up to 2 years but I can see where it is already fading. Would not do it again.

If not for the help I would have to either cancel or ask someone that lives close to 300 miles away from my location to be there on the day of my surgery. The staff is really nice and friendly and they are really great to deal with. But they do need to do a much better job at taking notes and recording treatment discussions with patients. This could lead to hard feelings with some customers.

The DOT evened up my skin tone fairly well. I expected a little better results, but I understand that sometimes more than one treatment can be needed. Worst Botox I have ever had. Visited Dr. Roberts 5 years ago and was severely disappointed. Visited him again about a month ago and nothing has changed. He has no clue about Botox injections. I know, I have had someone who does know a lot and the difference is unreal.. I have permanent lines above each eye from the injections Dr. Roberts gave me. Look elsewhere!
